1. Information we use
For paid members, SMB Scout uses the verified billing email, billing-provider identifiers, plan status, WhatsApp phone number, activation status, and Coaching booking or program state needed to deliver the service. Coaching applications include your name, email, WhatsApp number, where you are in your search, the cash range you could invest, your timeline, what kind of business you picture owning, and the page you applied from. We use them to decide whether Coaching is a fit, to schedule a fit call, and to send your enrollment link.
2. Public visitors
The site uses a random, first-party session identifier so bounded events such as page, campaign, plan selection, checkout start, payment, and public WhatsApp clicks can be measured as one funnel. The identifier is not an email, phone number, payment identifier, or advertising profile. The site does not send paid invite links, resource object keys, payment details, or message content to analytics.
3. Providers
SMB Scout relies on service providers for identity, billing, hosting, database storage, analytics, transactional email, scheduling, file delivery, and WhatsApp. Their handling of data is also governed by their policies. Fit calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which receives the name and email you enter there and the application reference we attach to the booking.
4. Retention and security
We retain the information needed to operate the membership, meet legal obligations, and resolve billing or access disputes. Access to paid invitations and files is checked on the server and sensitive values are not exposed to public pages or analytics. Coaching applications that do not lead to enrollment are redacted 12 months after they close. For enrolled members, we redact the application's contact details 12 months after enrollment and keep only the answers and the link to the membership.
5. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements, by using the contact information published on Dealport.com.
